I didn't do 30 Day Shred last night. I decided to study instead and the entire time I was studying I was thinking about 30DS. I guess I should have just gotten up on done it, but I really need the study time. Tonight is C25K W4D2. It is pretty windy today so it will probably be another pretty hard run. I am looking forward to it though. Hopefully my new Garmin 305 will be here pretty soon. Then I will be able to tell how far I am going and if I am improving. We will see what happens tonight!
