I ran my planned run yesterday, even though I didn't really want to. I think I was about 3 seconds ahead of my pace from Monday. I guess that is good. At least it wasn't slower! I decided to run through the last walk for the second time. 6 minutes straight running is a pretty big deal for me! I have ran outside the last few times and I think it is starting to get better. I was mainly running on a treadmill so outside is different for me. I just decided that if I was going to run a road race, I should probably start training on the road. It is 6 months, 1 week, and 1 day until the half marathon I am planning on running and I can't wait to keep up on my training. I think I am going to rest today and study some at home. Tomorrow will be W3D3 of C25K. It will be the same run as yesterday.
